Aaron Marcus, as the head of global human resources, leads the recruiting, training, and reward of Dimensional employees across the firms offices worldwide. Aaron also oversees the design of people-related systems and policies to support Dimensionals growth objectives as a member of the firms administrative and global management committees.
Prior to Dimensional, Aaron spent fourteen years at Goldman Sachs in New York, London, and Hong Kong, most recently as global head of recruiting overseeing all of the investment banks hiring worldwide. While at Goldman, he also managed campus recruiting as well as the global HR practice for the sales and trading divisions of the firm. Aaron began his Goldman career in commodity operations. Aaron holds an A.B. in Judaic studies from Brown University.
